We can eat well in response to hunger and stop when we are sated to maintain a healthful weight and prevent disease. Or we can use food as distraction, or as a way of numbing our feelings. As a certified dietitian/nutritionist, I will give you the tools you need to make the right choices about food. I will help you incorporate your favorite foods into your diet, teach you how all foods can fit into a healthy eating plan (yes, even chocolate!), and help you change your relationship with food.

We can choose to be physically active most days as a way of ageing strong or we can continue to find excuses why we can’t. Exercise is not just running marathons and intense gym sessions. As a certified personal trainer, my plan is to incorporate exercise into your everyday life, increasing your activity levels whenever possible during your regular day. I will work with you to find the exercise program that best suits your lifestyle. Exercise can be fun, not a chore. Exercise can be done at home, work, on the way to work, or any number of places. It’s not just for gyms and tracks anymore!
