Each person has had different experiences with
exercise and activity. Individual fitness levels can range from
no previous exercise to those who have had professional training.
My goal as your personal trainer is to develop an individualized
fitness program according to your needs and fitness level. Your
individualized fitness program will be designed to work toward your
goals while keeping you motivated. I take several health and fitness
parameter measurements at the start of and throughout your program
to track your progress to help fine-tune your program. Communication
is key during the entire process in order to create a program that
you enjoy while working toward your fitness goals.
