Some clients just need a jump-start and direction
for their physical training. If you have the motivation and skill
to work on your own, as a personal trainer, I can provide a personalized
fitness program to help you achieve your fitness goals. The program
can be designed to do in your home, fitness facility or gym, or
on the road. To create a fitness assessment, I need all medical
and physical histories. The program will be designed for you to
achieve your goals and to work on any weaknesses or imbalances found
in the initial assessment while strengthening your body and preventing
injuries. A one-hour training session is included to insure proper
execution of the assigned exercises. The first meeting will last
about 1 1⁄2 to 2 hours. A second appointment will be scheduled
for the guided training session. To keep on your fitness and training
track, I have online recipes and exercise tips if you who want to
check in every now and again.
