Personal Training Program Design Revamp:

How often you revamp your program depends on your goals and your budget. As your personal fitness trainer, I will review your history to see if there are any significant changes that could impact your ability to perform any exercises safely. And together we will reassess your goals. A second appointment will be scheduled for a training session to go over the exercises together. This appointment will take about 1 hour.
