Pregnancy is the most important time of your life and physical fitness will not only enhance your pregnancy but will help your baby develop.

I will work with you to assure an ideal weight gain for both you and the baby. Adequate nutrition is essential for the development of the baby and for providing energy, vitamins and minerals for moms. I will measure your resting metabolic rate each trimester to determine how many calories your body needs to assure you get the adequate nutrients you need to deliver a healthy baby and prevent unnecessary weight gain.

Carrying twins, triplets or more can be a great challenge in terms of keeping fit physically and nutritionally. I also work with multiple-pregnancy mothers to insure they receive adequate nutrients and appropriate exercise throughout their pregnancies.
