New York City and over 30,000 in New York State. Because of time
and commodity, more people eat most of their meals away from home
in big cities than at home. But eating well in restaurants and following
a nutrition plan can be a challenge. Moreover, some people feel
uncomfortable asserting their nutritional needs while dining out.
On Restaurant Savvy, we will dine at your favorite restaurant/s
and evaluate the menu and your meal. As your personal nutritionist,
I will assess the portions and how they fit into your daily requirements.
