On the Supermarket Tour, you will learn how to read and interpret the information on a food label and how to differentiate between terms like organic and natural, lite and reduced fat, low-sodium and salt free. We will create a shopping list of foods that provides the nutrients most valuable to your individual needs, depending on your diet analyses. As a nutritionist, my goal is to get you to not only feel confident about what products to buy and feed yourself and your family, but also help you enjoy and discover the “healthy side” of your supermarket.
