  • Get the tools you need to eat better and exercise more. As a certified dietitian, registered nutritionist with a dual degree in nutrition and exercise physiology, I can offer clients individualized plans to fit their needs.

I believe that the base of health and wellness begins before we are born and continues through the first critical year of life

  • An individualized pre-natal exercise plan will help you reduce back pain, increase muscle strength (which will help with an easier labor), prevent constipation and boost energy.
  • I will create a pre-natal meal plan based on your individual needs to ensure you are receiving the right nutrients critical to fetal growth and health.
  • I will create a post-natal meal and exercise plan to help keep up your energy in those exhausting first few months, get the nutrients you need for breast feeding, and get back to your pre-pregnancy weight.

  • There’s no one-size-fits-all to exercise and nutrition. I develop specialized fitness and nutrition plans depending on each client’s needs.

  • You are not limited by your health problems. By working with your doctors, I can create an individualized nutrition/exercise program, so you will have an opportunity to win back what some of your health problems have taken away.
