Our goal, as your personal trainer, is to develop an individualized fitness program according to your previous experience, special needs and fitness level. We will design your individualized fitness program to work you toward your health and fitness goals while keeping you motivated. We measure and record several health and fitness parameters at the start of and throughout your program to track your progress and fine-tune your program. Communication is key during the entire process in order to create a program that challenges you at an appropriate level resulting in increased strength and greater endurance.
