Exercise Program Design Without Training
Some clients just need a jump-start and direction for their physical training. If you have the motivation and skill to work on your own, as a personal trainer, I can provide a printed exercise program to help you achieve your fitness goals. The program can be designed to do in your home, fitness facility or gym, or on the road. During your fitness assessment I will take medical and physical histories. The program will be designed for you to achieve your goals and to simultaneously work on any weaknesses or imbalances found in the initial assessment. The fitness assessment will last about 1 ½ to 2 hours. A one hour training session is included to insure proper execution of the assigned exercises. It will be scheduled following completion of the exercise program.
Exercise Program Design Revamp
How often you revamp you program depends on your goals and your budget. Prior to a revamp we will review you initial fitness assessment to update changes and track your progress. Together we will reassess your goals and make changes where necessary. A new computer generated exercise program will be created. A second one hour appointment will be scheduled for a training session to go over the new exercises.
